• Can I appeal to MOM for my worker to stay on and work and not be repatriated after his work permit expires in view that he is a skilled worker?
• Do I need to send my worker to attend Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) just to cover the 3 or 6 months period until the work permit expires?
• If my worker is not in the construction industry and the BCSS was only taken for upgrading purposes, does my worker still need to attend CSOC?
